Contains no OOS substances and does not destroy the ozone layer; Halogen free, non-corrosive to post-weld PCB; The surface insulation resistance is high, and the electrical properties are good and the solder joints are full and bright. When using foaming, please note that the flux level must be higher than the foaming tube. The foaming height should be 1/2 of the thickness of the foam board and should not exceed the board. The solvent will volatilize during use. When the specific gravity exceeds the standard specific gravity range, the appropriate diluent 9810 and the flux stock solution are appropriately added to control the specific gravity within the standard range. If the specific gravity is controlled by the automatic gravity controller, it is recommended that the specific gravity be controlled within 0.801-0.811 (25 °C). The set value of the automatic gravity controller is recommended to be set to 0.808-0.810, and check regularly to ensure the quality of the welding. In the case of foaming, the flux will be consumed due to the use of the flux for a period of time, resulting in a decrease in its activity. In order to avoid affecting the quality of the soldering, it should be regularly updated (40 hours or one week is recommended).
